I'm Rob, and I've been working to bring better innovation management practice for over a decade, advising leaders of technology-intensive organisations to help them achieve greater innovation success. I've worked with the world-renowned Institute for Manufacturing at Cambridge University and Manchester University Business School.

I have 35 years of experience in the innovation space delivering to date 45 projects and an estimated $550m in new value created for clients.

I started Innovation Success in 2013 on the idea of innovation systems thinking to provide pressure relief for innovation leaders in complex technology-intensive organisations operating in the advanced manufacturing, energy, chemicals and materials supply chains.
